Prior to joining OneLine Health in December 2025, Caitlin was a Senior Software Engineer at Clariti, where she helped build and launch permitting and workflow software for local governments. In that role, she worked closely with customers, implementation teams, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to understand operational challenges, guide technical decisions, and deliver solutions that supported successful onboarding and adoption. Her work included leading major product features, supporting customer implementations, coordinating integrations, and serving as a technical partner in client and sales conversations.
